Ah, yes, I get it. I'm sorry that I need so much hand-holding, and am
very grateful for all the assistance. I've installed Mono to
/Library/Frameworks, so now I'm using prefix
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.Framework/Home. I needed mcs/class/mono.snk
as well to get make & make install for cecil to work. I now have a
Mono.Cecil folder in my Mono Home/lib folder with the dll inside.
Unfortunately, I still have the original problem when trying to run
autogen.sh in the gendarme folder - the error message is "./configure:
line 1989: syntax error near unexpected token `MONO_CECIL,'".
I'd be grateful for any further suggestions on how to resolve the issue.
