[Mono-list] Assembly.LoadFrom and URI

Is there planned support for 

     Assembly.LoadFrom ( URI ) ?

I read some discussion that it perhaps it should wait until CAS is in-place,
but nothing definitive.

Being new to open-source, i've not figured out how these things get decided.
