Where it gets gray is where I tell you how its implemented and then you 
may or may not be able to contribute to mono.
There are all sorts of ways in which people could abuse that to taint 
everyone, if you consider it tainting.

So I shall say no more.  I have no intentions of contributing patches to 
mono, I would be willing to grok reflected code and summarize for 
others, which I believe satisfies the clean room principle - but I 
suspect no one in the mono project is willing to take the risk that some 
legal person will refute that.
