[Mono-list] Parsing the Mpp file usign .Net

Hi

 I have a requirement like i need to parse the mpp file or store the mpp
file in an xml format using .net apis .I would like to run the application
in linux platform as other applications i am using run on linux .I dont know
much about Mono project .Will mono help in this regard ?
