[Mono-list] Port MSSQL implementation as well

As an alternative, VistaDB 3.0 uses the exact same data types as
MS-SQL Server 2005 and it supports SQL Server 2005 T-SQL syntax.
VistaDB can be used to develop ASP.NET, WinForms, Gtk# and Glade
applications. VistaDB ASP.NET apps can run on IIS and Apache with
Mono installed.

More:
VistaDB 3.0 is developed in C# and is 100% fully managed and
verifiably typesafe. VistaDB applications run natively on .NET,
Compact Framework and Mono. In fact, the exact same VistaDB.NE11
assembly runs on both on Mono and Windows -- unchanged.

The problem is no having alternatives. There are already very good
alternatives such as PGSQL. The problem is not being able to advertise
"MSSQL" on a hosting web site if you don't plan to run Windows
servers. You can advertise "ASP.NET" hosting with a Linux server, but
not "MSSQL". It's hard to advertise ASP.NET hosting without MSSQL.
People prefer going to regular Windows hosting.
