[Mono-list] MonoDevelop 0.13.1 released

Lluis,

MonoDevelop is wonderful project and I like it very much: my only
concern (and the reason I cannot use it even for business) is that it
still miss the complete support for debugging (yeah, you can enable it
by compiling with the given option, but it still has some problems).

Have you got any plans for releasing it with full debugging support?
