[Mono-list] problem with ASP.net

I had  a project that have the aspx files on a folder call aspx, and the
controls(the ascx) on another folder. But inst work with this organization.
To make the application works i must copy all the aspx to the local folder.
In windows I can do it, but in Linux with mono and Apache is imposible...
