[Mono-list] Questions about Mono

hello mono-list,

got a couple of questions, no luck with googling:

1) can mono support processes greater than 4 GB on linux on AMD64?

2) is it possible to access non-gui COM objects on linux via wine in
mono? This page seems to imply the COM support is not there yet (not
even for win32):

have things changed since then?
