[Mono-list] An easy safe way to install mono

Hi,

 

I know there is a web page http://www.go-mono.com/download-stable/rhel-3-i386/ for installing mono in a RH Enterprise 3, but it is confusing to me all those files to install.

 

Because I am newbie in Linux rpms, mono, and I really don't want to mess our test servers, and I want to ask:

 

Is there a .bin easy one step installation in console mode to install mono just like Java JDK (I come from Java territory)?

 

Is it safe? I don't want to mess with other dependencies from other applications.
