[Mono-list] Mono for Open C Contest, anyone?

Just received this announcement:

It looks like Nokia now has all the libraries required to compile  
Mono for Symbian - libc, libpthread, libm, libz, libglib. Not sure if  
Open C is a superset or an alternative to PIPS, which recently became  
available for UIQ3.

Deadline for the contest is in two months, an open source community  
would be eligible to enter.
