[Mono-list] Saving configurations?

If you meant the "latest mono" as 1.2.4, it won't work. If you meant
mono from trunk, it should.
However lots of people complain about ApplicationSettings design.
(like, you can never configure file location, data loss after
version number change, etc.) I never recommend it.
