Just checked out the licence for Smart Client/CAB at
http://www.codeplex.com/smartclient/Project/License.aspx, and it is
different from the one for Web Client  Software Factory
(http://www.codeplex.com/websf/Project/License.aspx). It seems that
WebSF can only be run on Windows, but no such restriction on CAB.
