[Mono-list] install dependency

I get the message below after installing mono using
mono-1.2.3.1_1-installer.bin in gnome running on Debian.

     Missing libraries:
     ----------------
     liblinc.so.1
     ----------------

     It appears your system may be unable
      to run graphical apps included
      in this installer.  Please fix
      unresolved symbols by installing
      the necessary packages for your
      system.

Mono seems to function as-is.  Is this library required?  Can it be
installed using apt-get?
