A clean way of doing it is:
mcs -pkg:mono-nunit .......

That (assuming that nunit has been properly installed) uses pkg-config
to do the job.
Of course, if you don't know what pkg-config is, "man pkg-config"...

In practice, this works if you have a "mono-nunit.pc" file in your
$PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable, which must be in sync with your
Mono installation (I mean, the proper dll must be there!).
