Yes, it is implemented to build and run under both .NET and Mono: the
call for test is right to know if is there any unknown issue between
the two frameworks, although I believe there'd be none.

It is built on Windows, but since it doesn't make use of P/Invoke (it
is implemented in pure C#) it shouldn't be an issue.

Yes.

Maybe in the summary page of SF.net is still listed as GPL project,
although you can see in the sources and in the LICENSE file in the
source repository the project is now LGPL.

I'm sorry for that: I will post binaries of the project as soon as
