[Mono-list] removing Windows XSP context menus

After installing Mono 1.2.2.1 on Windows XP, 2 options for XSP now appear for all directories.

"XSP Web Server Here 1.2.2.1"
"XSP 2.0 Web Server Here 1.2.2.1"

I didn't want those context menu options, so I tried to look for a way to remove them. However, I
did not see any mention of them anywhere. I had to resort to editing the registry to get them
removed.

There needs to be an easily findable way of removing these context menu options. Users should not
be forced to resort to editing the registry.
