Hi Madars,

Sorry but this does not help the problem.

I run Apache as wwwrun (UID=30), this is what I get with apache running:

# ipcs -m

------ Shared Memory Segments --------
key shmid owner perms bytes nattch status
0x00000000 32768 root 600 12496 8 dest
0x0101999f 2392065 root 600 24 18
0x01012dd0 2424834 root 600 24 18

# /etc/rc.d/apache2 stop
Shutting down httpd2 (waiting for all children to terminate) done

# ipcs -m

------ Shared Memory Segments --------
key shmid owner perms bytes nattch status
0x00000000 32768 root 600 12496 8 dest

# ipcrm -m 32768

(This does not remove the last segment)

# /etc/rc.d/apache2 start
Starting httpd2 (prefork) [Fri Dec 21 09:41:18 2007] [crit] (17)File
exists: Failed to create shared memory segment for backend 'XXGLOBAL'

Any ideas?

Ben
