[Mono-list] mono memory leak on ARM

Hello.

I've run the attached test app on:

- x86_64 mono 1.2.4
- ARM mono 1.2.5.1

on the x86 platform, the memory usage goes up and down a little as I
would expect as the GC collects things.  On the ARM platform, the
memory usage just climbs.  Its almost like the GC is not even running.

Any suggestions on how to debug, or solutions?
