hi I'm new on Mono and I'm trying to connect to a dabase mysql 5.0.
my os is Fedora 7.
The mono-project recommend the use of MySQL Connector/Net <http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/> because ByteFx is no longer maintained.
But the MYSQL-AB seems to provide Connector only for windows.
What can I do to access the mysql database ?
There are somewhere some tutorial on such items ?

my revision of mono is:
Mono JIT compiler version 1.2.3, (C) 2002-2006 Novell, Inc and Contributors. www.mono-project.com
        TLS: __thread
GC: Included Boehm (with typed GC)
        SIGSEGV: normal
        Architecture: x86
        Disabled: none

regards, Enzo
