[Mono-list] NauckIT Membership Role Provider?

Mono Enthusiasts,

How does one configure the NauckIT PostgreSQL Membership/Role provider for 
use with Mono?  I tried the installation instructions at:

http://dev.nauck-it.de/aspsqlprovider/wiki/Install

and also tried the instructions found at:

http://www.mono-project.com/Guide:_Porting_ASP.NET_Applications

But, if I try to use the provider, by opening a page with a 
CreateUserWizard control on it for example, I get the following error:

Could not find any resource appropriate for the specified culture or its 
parents. Make sure "NauckIT.PostgreSQLProvider.Properties.Resources.resources"
was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "NauckIT.PostgreSQLProvider".

Any idea what I might be missing?
