[Mono-list] What tools help you develop under Linux?

I have the book and it does show how to do things, but I'd like to be able
to do things
outside of what the book discusses and to do that I need documentation on
the
libraries I'm using.   mod (console version of monodoc) looks like what I
need
but it doesn't have any information on Gtk in it.
