[Mono-list] Mono repositories for Ubuntu

I'm starting to put the mono stack in the opensuse build service.
Currently this is building on suse and redhat based distros, but they
have support for ubuntu/debian.

I'm planning on updating the packages in the build service for our
releases.  

If anyone is interested in contributing the necessary bits for .deb
packages, let me know,
