[Mono-list] Mono.Unix.Magic libmagic wrapper

Hey folks,

    I do not like the idea of bringing
"Libmagic" bindings to Mono.Posix for the usual reasons: it is not part of
posix/unix, it is not available everywhere, itsd more code to maintain for
us and both kde and gnome have differne ways of coping with this.

    This belong on its own assembly and it should be probably developed on
its own (to give it a chance to mature its api)
