[Mono-list] Ctrl+End in npgsql DataGrid causes error for boolean column

To reproduce:

1. Create form with DataGrid bound to npgsql data provider table .
NOTE: Table last column must be bound to boolean table field.

2. Run the form 

3. Press Ctrl+End

Observed:

Error: CurrencyManager cannot be null
