[Mono-list] MonoDevelop 0.12 released

I want to create GUI application which runs in Linux/Mac/Win.
I'm currently developing in Windows only.

Should I use  VCS+Winforms in Windows or switch to MonoDevelop+GTK#  in 
Linux ?
