[Mono-list] Error 503: permission denied

In the last release, there was a change. Now just:
MonoServerPath default /mono-HEAD/bin/mod-mono-server2

or similar will do. No need to specify the mono executable path, but
MonoServerPath points to the mod-mono-server script.
