[Mono-list] Mono-fuse depends on monodoc?

It is because my config-fu could use some improvement. :-/

No matter, the docs aren't really needed, and they're built last, so if
the build fails due to a missing monodoc you can ignore the error, as
Mono.Fuse.dll, libMonoFuseHelper.so, and all of the examples are still
built.
