[Mono-list] Passing pointers and arrays between C and embedded Mono?

How can pointers be passed from C to embedded Mono?  Ideally the pointer
would become an IntPtr within the C#.

How can IntPtrs be passed from embedded Mono back to C?

Same question for arrays, going to and from C and embedded Mono.
