[Mono-list] System.Resources.ResourceManager performance issue

Hello,

 

Today I filed new issue with test example to bugzilla.

Problem is seen on the web application under load with many simultaneous
connections.

Our web application reads all captions from resource file. 

When we flood of our web app with requests captions sometimes are not 

shown since that our site looks very broken.( Web controls loads without
captions.
