[Mono-list] Sqlite in Mono 1.1.14

I understood that the dependency on the older Sqlite was going to be
removed in 1.1.14 but haven't tried it yet - there was a conflict in 1.1.13
with systems that had a current Sqlite preinstalled.  I don't know if the
issue was fixed without being documented or if no changes were made (since
it was an RPM build issue maybe it wasn't documented as a Mono issue).
Maybe this is a versioning or compatibility issue resulting when a newer
Sqlite is in place but Mono expects the older code?

Mostly clueless on this, sorry.  Check forum posts from a couple months ago
for more info.
