[Mono-list] can't build mod_mono-1.1.14 with apache2.2

Well, it would rather be dependent on either apache version or the
installation location. I saw another one talking about the same
problem i.e. configure does not seem to detect Apache 2.2 correctly
(on some BSD). http://www.fastwave.gr.jp/diarysrv/misuzilla/200605a.html

Maybe config.log is helpful to solve the puzzle?
