[Mono-list] Number bump box

Hi,

In SWF is there a generic to produce a bump box (basically, a text box
for numbers only with an up/down arrow next to it) or is it something I
need to implement myself? If I do need to do it myself, do I need to
design the icons myself or are they provided somewhere?
