[Mono-list] yum and centos

You may be able to modify the mono.repo file to use it on CentOS, I'm
not sure.

The base RPMS will definitely work (they are actually compiled on our
LCD of Redhat9).

But, I don't know of any plans to provide rpms and yum repos explicity
for CentOS.
