[Mono-list] Mono SVN - compiling on windows

Hi Alan,

I wrote the instructions here:

The easiest way to compile on windows is to install the cygwin packages
listed above and then install the latest windows installer and use the
development software from it.

What exactly are you running into?

Cygwin has been known to be a hit and miss target.  I haven't updated
the cygwin software for many months, and I'm almost afraid to do so :)
(unless someone else reports some success).

Provide some more details to what the problems are and we'll figure it
out.
