[Mono-list] Expose/use cairo 1.2 api ?

And Ubuntu is shipping 1.1.13, so you might want to upgrade to 1.1.16,
the MindTouch guys have Debian packages.
I believe this made it into Mono 1.1.16
It has been suggested that we actually distance ourselves form the
current "stable" and "development" names that we are using, because they
are more like "frozen" vs "stable".
