[Mono-list] mod_mono, have to restart the server from mono-ctrl panel?

The clocks are sync'd via NTP, but the time zones are different. The Win32
machine is in EST and the server is PDT. I *am* using SMB for the changes.
Unfortunately, changing the timezone on the server to EST isn't an option,
even though it's down the hall. :( Don't ask.

I just tried creating a new file over SMB, and the timestamps look correct
on the server.

Could this still be a problem?

I take it that this behavior is not normal either way. That's good to know.
