[Mono-list] mono 1.1.16 problem

Hi everyone
I have an asp.net application running mono 1.1.15, but I get often this
error "Service Temporarily Unavailable". bug (#78241)
So I read mono 1.1.16 has fix it so I installed it.

but now the mono update messed up all my forms, all controls are in one or
two lines.

Anybody knows what I did wrog?
