A simple "Hello world" System.Windows.Forms Win32 app can be compressed 
to less than 2.5 MB using mkbundle.

Am I right to assume the CIL linker will drastically reduce the 
resulting executable size?

What percentage of the 2.5 MB of the bundle is approx. unused?
