[Mono-list] gtkextra combobutton question

Hi,

It took me a long time to get a calendar into a gtk
combo(box/button/entry) programming in c, and I finally used the
excellent combobutton from gtkextra. I cannot find any "mono gtkextra"
port/wrapper/interface search results. Can anyone please tell me, how,
in mono, I can get a calendar into a combo-something so I can make
selecting a date easy for my apps.
