No, it isn't es-CA, it's ca-ES.

I have a agpx page with a calendar webcontrol and ca-ES culture. When
I execute the page the month name appears in english (wrong: it would
have to appear in catalan). I test the same page on Monoppix and month
name appears in catalan (ok).

I test another cultures like es-ES, es-AR, fr-FR and in my
installation month always appears in english, so I think that the
problem is my installation of Mono.

I use Debian Sarge and Debian Sid. In Debian Sarge I installed Mono
using bin installer from www.mono-projects.com and in Debian Sid I use
apt.

Where I can look for the problem?
