[Mono-list] calendar webcontrol and culture

I test ca-ES, es-ES, es-AR, fr-FR and month always appears in english,
so I think that the problem is my instalation of Mono on my Debian
(Sarge and Sid), because if I test the same page on Monoppix the
language month is ok.
