Go to http://www.gnomefiles.org/index.php and search for Gtk#. I get 27
apps returned, though not all are applicable (Gtk# itself is returned,
for example).
That list is probably incomplete, too, since this page lists many more:

Just because I can only immediately list 3 Gtk# apps doesn't mean there
aren't more. It just means I'm lazy.
