[Mono-list] Running mono 1.1.12 on Windoz: Where in heck is monodoc ?

AFAIK there is no .exe called monodoc.exe, there is no monodoc command
in the bin\ directory, and there is nothing under the Mono folder (where
I believe this program is under 'Applications' on other distributions).

Monodoc does exist for windows correct ?  Does anyone have a
picture for the .MilkCarton ?
