[Mono-list] mod_mono Apache 1.3.x and 2.2.x support

According to man mod_mono on my machine, yes.

No idea.  But for me on RedHat it was automatic; install the rpm 
and there it is, almost.  (Just tweak 
the /etc/httpd/conf.d/mod_mono.conf)
