[Mono-list] Lesson number 5

Ok, this time I've focused my attention on Thread, Image handling and Advanced
TreeView manipulation. The result is "Cooka", formerly a "Mono
Image Viewer". The actual release (0.2) is really a basic image viewer; in the
next release I'd like to add to the application basic image manipulation
functions.

If you decide to install it (via the deb package available on my web site)
please send me your feedback or any kind of suggestion to enhance Cooka.
