[Mono-list] Numbers with ","

Hello Oleg

Chronojump is my first Mono software, and i'm not a coder, i'm a sports
teacher. I posted my solution to the original problem, and some of you
posted some comments, this is nice, because my solution is not perfect.,
thanks.

When I code Chronojump, i try to write with my little knowledge in all
these technologies, and if my solution works... i use it. Also if
something is not well documented, i wouldn't look at MSDN websites
because I really hate Microsoft.

I don't know how to do this paramtrized query, and why it should be
better. I will study it later.
