Thank you for the hint Robert,
indeed the Designer adds already .NETv2.0 code even for the simplest 
dialog. And those methods are still not part of Mono's WinForm as I just 
checked on the class status page.
Maybe I was over enthusiastic when I saw the MessageBox in my first 
C++/CLI  program nicely rendered by Mono!

Anyway, I still have high hopes that I can do C++/CLI with Visual Studio 
2005 and execute under Mono: Either Mono's own WinForms will progress 
quickly towards .NET 2.0 or MSBee (MSBuild Everett Environment (Everett 
is the codename for Visual Studio 2003)) is coming this April to rescue!
