[Mono-list] HTTP Request Headers In A SOAP Call

Is there a straight forward way to get at the HTTP request headers from
a SOAP web service provider?
I'm aware of how to use the SoapHeader and SoapExtension,  these are to
get the SOAP headers added by the client,  but I'd like to get at the
headers of the actual HTTP request.
