[Mono-list] XSP2 Compilation Error. partial class

I am testing new version of mono. I have compiled a website with a master page in VS2005. But I get the following errors with XSP2

compilation error

error CS0103: The name `header' does not exist in the context of 
`ASP.MasterPage_master'
error CS0103: The name `footer' does not exist in the context of 
`ASP.MasterPage_master'

header and footer are defined in the partial class MasterPage.master.cs
