[Mono-list] Npgsql and resgen.exe problems with net_2_0 profile compilation

No.  But, this scenario shouldn't occur.  If you run 'make' in the mono/
directory, it ensures that the net_2_0_bootstrap profile is built before
building the net_2_0 profile.
